Default who can build motors better?
lets say you just inherited 20 grand to fix your STOCK b18c5 motor. which company would you depend on to build your monster, and state your reason.

I guess if I had 20k I'd buy a trailer, tow vehicle, a whole bunch of tires, and go to as many HPDE and races as I could afford.
