Need help on delsol intake
we got a 97 delsol (bare bones trim) with no ps. I think its a d15 or 16. Ive never seen this intake mani/throttlebody set up before on any sohc. The throttle body points strait up with the box on top as opposed to out to the passinger side with the box near the headlight. what and where can i find an intake system for this motor? I got a strut bar that i wanna put on but the stupid box is too tall. Am i just gonna have to make one myself or is there one out there for my car that i can just buy?
thx!
thx!

Yup, it's for the D16Y7, which is also in the Del Sol S. Or just get one for a Del Sol S.

Ya ive been looking around and none of the pictures that the dx intake has looks like it will fit. Its almost like i need a 90degree bend right off the throttlebody. You guys know which motor im talkin about right?

Yes, it's a D16Y7. The intake takes a sharp bend for those motors, but I'm not sure if one designed for a hatch will work with the Del Sol's engine bay.
