I have honda civic d14a3. When the engine is in normal condition the RPM is too low. Like 200-600. I have swapped the intake manifold with one from d16y7. I removed the water from the throttle body that is heating the RACV. Could the this the cause of my problem. The problem is from 1-2 days when outside was about 15 degree. The days before it was OK.
