Just for example, I have a b18c and when I did my compression check I got 220 215 208 220. In the helms manuel, it says 280 is the max and I believe 120 is the minimum.

It is very common for LS/VTECs to leak oil and or coolant at that corner of the engine. And yes you can still have good compression despite this leak as it does not effect cylinder sealing. Of course it could just be a bad hose somewhere. DO A COOLANT PRESSURE TEST. This is the sure fire way to find out where it is coming from. If you can't get a hold of one, a shop should do it for about 1 hour's worth a labor. It's a total rip, but at least you'll know.
