I have a 1995 integra ls, odo reads 116,xxx, car is close to stock no major problems, salvage title

I'll get the bad things first:
Wheel bearings are going bad, so they have to be cleaned and regreased
A/C works, but needs a new condenser fan
Needs alignment, its not bad but you can tell theres a difference when driving
Small crack on the bottom of lip but not noticable unless pointed out
Passenger side skirt has scratches near bottom and one on the side, about the length of 3 inches
Thanks to some dumbasses at a shop, the ac tab is broken
Few paint flaws here and there, nothing major

New paint job, around 5 months old, painted emerald green metallic
Exedy Organic Stage 1 cluch w/ Exedy flywheel

Tokico HPs w/ Neuspeed Race Springs
Front and Rear bumpers are 98+ with type-r lip

Del Sol bucket seats
Aftermarket cluster, came with the car when i bought it
Interior was originally tan, almost complete black, just didnt have the time or money to get the dash
2 amps , 1 alphine v12 and 1 kicker, plus a kicker cvr sub 12"(system bumps loud as hell on normal settings)
Alpine headunit

Oil changed every 3500 miles, tires rotated during every oil change, tires have about 60% thread sitting on stock ls mesh, new timing belt, recharged AC, and thats all i can think about on the top of my head atm.
