Default CELs all over the place

i JUST replaced my fuel filter and IACV, and i'm still getting CEL codes 14 and 48. Not to mention i'm also getting CEL code 22 and i have no idea how to go about fixing that ... Does anybody have a clue why it's doing this?

-----CEL # List-----

14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve

22 VTEC pressure valve

48 LAF - lean air fuel sensor

Did you reset the ECU after replacing everything?
Lean air fuel sensor may be caused by a malfunctioning O2 sensor. What type of motor do you have, and what computer are you running?

What engine do you have?

Regardless of engine, I would try resetting the ECU as well.

to reset the ecu just disconnect the battery for atleast 5 min.
to find out the type of ecu, there should be a serial number on it, there you will find the type of ecu.

In order to find out what it says on the ECU, you may need to unbolt it (don't quote me on that), and look over the housing. Somewhere you ought to find "P##"

For example, mine says P08

reset the ECU and im still getting 3 CELs. if i replace the o2 sensor would that solve all the CELs, since my IACV is brand new?

It might, unfortunately you'll never know until you try.

And are you sure you're getting 18? 'Cause that's not a code according the code list .

Though if all of this happened after you changed a fuel filter, I'd have to say you hooked something up wrong or something.

You don't just throw all these CEL's b/c you change a fuel filter.
