have someone else look at it, the vibration you are talking about could be a misfire or maybe timing that is off or normal...nobody can tell unless they see it first hand.

Check computer for codes. Check Idle control system.

Where is it vibrating from, what does the noise sound like (clunks/rattles/ect.), be a little more descriptive. It could be your heat shield on your header or on your cat. My vibration noise was the heat shileld on my cat so i took it off and problem solved.

i would think it was a motor mount to. my freind has an rsx that vibrated a lot at idle, it also sounded pretty loud and once he went past a certain rpm it got a little smoother, he got someone to look at it and they said it was the motor mount, he got it fixed and problem solved

i separated my rear engine mount when i was changing my clutch, so its KINDA broken. now i have a really light vibration, and if i give it just a little gas it vibrates as the revs drop. just something to take a peak at.

after a tune up and valve adjustment, my car idles better than it ever did, something you could try, and should be done anyways.

so most likely is the motor mount then. my symptoms is kinda of the the RSX. if i gas it, the vibrations gets better.
