yea yea yea i kno i kno i put tha sticker on when i 1st got into the scene n ive jus been lazy n havnt wanted to take it off...plus im still n high skool n cant afford the mugen wheels i want...but one day mayb haha

 

lol yea, the giant mugen sticker seems a bit overkill, but that aside, its a clean car.
Not to bust on your post, but this sort of thing belongs in appearance/cosmetics for future reference.

 

My suggestions:
- Get some OEM front license plate caps from Honda (they'll have them in your car's color or can order them - color code in the driver's door jamb).

- The rear looks kind of naked. I think it'd match the front more if something were black like the hood and lip appear (is the lip just unpainted?). A rear plate garnish in black or carbon fiber might set it off nicely. I'd steer clear of carbon fiber trunks just because of the tendency to rattle.

- And if you go with a black plate garnish, you could get thin moldings and leave them unpainted...

I really think there should be something to focus on for the rear though.

 

And wasn't it just usdm civic's that got the dumbo ear side mirrors?

scrape those stickers seeing is how nothing on the car is mugen, get 99-00 tail lights, paint the lip, and it will be butter

that car was built in OHIO.. so being JDM.. not so much.. but the knock off wheels and the knock off banner sure do give it some added flare!!

 

JDM can refer to a style too, not just having real JDM parts.

Of course very very few of the cars on this site are truly JDM (built FOR the Japanese market).

 

i think it looks pretty good. i cant stand drag or rota though. i would look into gettin the 98-00 tail lights and i would try to find a set of blacked out headlights. those shiny a** headlights are killing ur front end. but overall i like it.

You're thinking of '99-'00 coupes taillights, not '98.

I actually like the USDM headlights more.

 

Lower it

 

get 99-00 tails, different wheels...or new tires, or something...paint the lip, lose the decals, paint the wipers, rear lip, CTR style headlights, new grille, lower. Golden.

 

No way.. keep it at the height. Its perfect. Looks clean - nice car.

doode i want all that stuff but im still in high skool workin part time money is not a luxury...im tryin ok...if money wasnt an issue then trust me i would not b runnin drags but hey it looks clean for the time being...and yes i kno my car will never be jdm b/c 2 doors are american only...if i could have a hatch i would to but their impossible to find here. anyway i still love my car and im goin with a jdm "style" to make my wording for guys better. im not rly concernd w/ looks nemore either im piecing 2gether a turbo kit so if ur sellin parts them lemme kno. im prolly gonna use an HF manifold with a t3t4 w/ an internal wastegate.

 

JDM....i think not...lol
