Default B16 piston with on a GSR block/head, will it clear?

I'm rebuilding a gsr.

I'm putting on B16 pistons on gsr rod and crank.

With a gsr head, changing the springs to ITR.
Blox type B camshafts.

Will the B16 pistons be alright?

What is a recommend headgasket for this?
I also need to resleeve the block
What are some good sleeves?

if it was my build i would just put an ls crank and ls rods on b16 pistons and have a sleeper ls/vtec with no outer oil feed line and if your going to run those cams or anything higher then a stage one cam i would recommend you go with a good valve spring like supertech dual springs or even skunk 2 dual springs. why do you have to resleeve the block gsr and b16 pistons are the same bore 81mm its just the crank and rod that were changed

b16 pistons should be fine in ur block, i have jdm itr pistons in my block with my stock rods, i jus upgrade rod bolts. you use the gsr headgasket. you dont have to resleeve ur block neither.
