Default Front motor mount replacement

Ive run into a problem replacing the torque axis from mount, its therally shot, however, i cant get it off. The bottom bolt is severly rusted on (went at it with the impact, and a breaker with 2 people on it, didnt move. Its getting to the point where i may need an Easy Off to get the nut broken. What i guess im asking is, is there a direct or easier way to get this bottom bolt off?

if it is that bad, u might consdiering purchasing urethane inserts instead, and jsut pop those on, and call it a day. might not be worth trying to get off

The thing is, i cant get the bolt off the bottom part of the mount, the inserts wont do jack all as both of them are worn out, Does anyone know if this bolt is accessible through the wheel well? i might use a big cheat bar
