Stripped Spark Plug threads for Cylinder #4

ya i was doing a complete tune up on my 95 gsr and when i was installing my new plugs the number 4 cyclinder spark plug wouldnt get tight. and when i got it tight i went to test drive it and it shot the plug out of the cylinder.(lol, but not a real lol) i was pissed. also there was alot of carbon build up in #4 cylinder. could it be my plugs NGK R zfr6f. how can i fix this problem?!?!?!?!?!

get somone to put in heli coil

how did you use to put sparkplugs?
