car wouldnt start!!! help plz

i went to start my 93 civic ex and it wouldnt start. the fuel pump wasnt priming when i would turn the key on. is the pump getting ready to go or could it be main relay. plz tell me it is main relay!! thx every1

it's most likely your real, replace it.
