loss of hp in high rpm on b20b with LS tranni (has issues)

ok my LS tranny has a crack in the top, leaks a drop every two days.......has ben that way for about 2 months.....i am going to check that soon.......I do believe that my motor could be running a little lean, or a little rich......i cannot tell.....when i get in the high rev range, the motor still climbs but it sort of ( i dont know the definition of BOGGING) loses power as if i am revving way over the redline.......i only bring it up to 6k naturally not al the time.......when i downshifted yesterday i was on the freeway and this gen2 on I-680 south (bay area) wanted to slam on his brakes to get my attention, so i heel toed it and i had no power in the high end....its weird.....stock b20b with phk 9.6-1......in dc2 chassis.....intake and exhaust no headers.....was not tuned after bolt ons.....

anybody?.....i dont see a **** to adjust the a/f ratio either.... so if i need to adjust how do i know where to adjust if i have no electronic equipment for the air fuel ratio? i think it should be around 13:1 right? at least thats waht we did on my friends b20z vtech
Its a B20 there is no such thing as power in the high RPMs...as for the air fuel ratio are you refering to an adjustable fuel preasure regulator? it would be on the fuel rail.the left side.you have to take the vacuum line off the top and turn the fitting.
