I'm guessing Jason means one who steals from a board sponsor (R&D got shafted a few months back).

 

Proof is him refusing to give info about himself such as name and phone number. ANY reputable seller has NO problem doing that

Agreed, but the area/products being advertised are too similar to be a coincidence. If he was reputable, and was an honest seller, he would have no problem providing the requested info, right?

 

The fact that it happened in tampa, where this guy is, the fact that it's the same (quite rare) parts, the fact that jdmR who is known to be in possession of a set of stolen buddy clubs and strangely pops up to post in that thread.. it all looks pretty obvious to me.

 

I'm all for gettin crooks.. but all I see are accusations this guy stole from Dave. Anybody have any background information?

 

Well I'll put it this way.... I don't know of any NON-stolen buddy clubs in the area.. and he wont say who he got it from, just that they guy is "JDM"? (how is a guy JDM anyways?)

LOL where do you think he was selling them before? Honda-tech and tamparacing, but a lot on honda-tech.

 

Fact is, we were ripped off ofr BC and Spoon Cluster. Is this the guy...who knows. I have not sold a BC to anyone else in the Tampa area and, as stated above, they are rare. I will have to contact the Detective working the case and see if Anthony is out of jail on bail. Also, its easy to have ***** over the internet. I doubt any of these ****** would talk ANY **** to me in person.

Of course he's not Steve, but I do happen to know a FEW people around here and buddy club suspensions here are VERY rare. It's a bit of coincidence don't you think? If this guy would let people pick up the part (Jason probably IS looking for a suspension to use on his new car) but this guy wont let him pickup the part? Why? Becuase he knows Dave? Just doesn't make sense..

There is no solid proof that this guy screwed R and D.

For all you know, his Dad lives in Japan. Or maybe he bought them from A&J Racing.

Granted, a lot of the pieces of the puzzle "seem" to be coming together.. it's nothing solid, unfortunately.

You both are correct, as there is no proof that he stole from David. However, I've seen enough to conclude that the goods he's selling are not legit. If they were, he would not be so evasive when being asked to provide his contact information.
