Default 1999 Accord Brakes

Do 99 Accord have the same front brake setup as the 94-97s, where you have to take off the hub and use a press?

no

also, you don't always need a press when doing brakes on 90-97 Accords, but thats of no concern if you have a 98+ Accord

nope just 2 screws. You might want to use an "impact driver" to remove those 2 Phillips screws... Some of them are just rusted on.
