I plan on doing a full power conversion in my 99 civic dx. I am getting all the necessary stuff for power windows, the power door panels, etc. What I want to know is if I can wire up the oem door lock/unlock buttons to my aftermarket door actuators so that i can unlock/lock the doors with the oem buttons as if it were factory. That way it will eliminate my need for all the oem honda power door lock parts.

yes, Your going to need two relay and the switch to activate the relays to control the door locks. Not hard to do. Are you asking for a diagram or something or just asking can it be done. I done it many of times
Ditto the above^^^
The stock switches are simple 3 wire SPDT momentary rocker switches, ground the input and you have neg.(-) lock/unlock outputs to trigger the lock and unlock relays that control your aftermarket actuators, or the neg.(-) inputs of an aftermarket central locking system.

Can always count on you two to help out with my electrical needs
haha. But to answer your question, yeah...a diagram would be awesome
The aftermarket actuators have 2 wires I believe...so the door lock switches have 3? Also what relays would I need to pickup.

Wire relays and actuators like this... http://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#arp "Actuators/Reverse Polarity"
As I said the switch(s) have an input, probably black, ground that lead, that leaves you with the two output leads, [colors vary from year and model of car they are out of] connect one of the leads to the lock relay and the other to the unlock relay, if using 2 switches, it's just a parallel connection, same if you have an alarm and you are connecting it for key-less entry.
