Default switching from dpfi to mpfi

Is it possible to switch from dual point fuel injection to the multiple fuel injection? I want to get the skunk2 intake manifold and the aem fuel rail, but would that be a big problem to switch over to that since I dont even have a fuel rail? My engine is a d15b1.
