TW or FS: 1997 Civic Sedan w/ FULL H22a4 swap

I am thinking of selling my 98 Honda Civic 4 door sedan w/ H22 prelude vtec swap in it. I helped my brother put this together but he didn’t want to work on it anymore so i gave him my car and I got this 1. Now that we did this, I have new plans now so I wanted to see if there were any interests . Here are some details on the car.
1997 Honda Civic Sedan(4door) DX model
CLEAN TITLE(all fees paid just needs smog)
185k mile on the chassis
1998 Full H22 vtec changeover. Motor has less than 80k miles on it. Paperwork for that if needed.
NEW OEM HONDA waterpump
NEW OEM HONDA Timing Belt
NEW Fidanza flywheel
NEW Exedy stage 1 clutch
NEW Hasport mounts
OBD2a – OBD1 Jumper w/ Chipped ecu
Apexi world sport muffler
Presitage alarm
Carbon fiber hood(scratched up and in fair condition)
-not pictured but will include the stock OEM hood as well w/ the deal
Del Sol seats
Full GSR front and rear disc conversion
16x7 Equip O3 copies w/ Falken Ziexs 205/40/16(less than 2k miles on them)
Custom rear sweude seats and armrest.
Interior was changed from brown to grey(except the steering wheel)
Matrix coilovers
There might be more I missed but that is the majority of it.
Car has been driven w/ the swap for less than 1k miles as this is not driven everyday like a daily driver.
The bad things
This car was originally setup to go to BAR but there is a check light for the EVAP(code 92) which I believe might be just a bad sensor that needs to be replaced. Also, to BAR, you will need a 1996 Prelude P13 ECU as well(very rare and hard to find). There are a few maintence adjustments that need to be done like the tensioner is too tight and the timing belt is off by 1 tooth .
Also, there is a small dent on the rear door passenger side at the very bottom. Its there but not too noticeable.
Scratches throughout the car but nothing to bad.
Depending on what the buyer and I work out, I do have some extras I can throw in the deal as well.
