Default No running lights HELP (searched!!)

Just took my car for an alignment and it came back with out running lights. Headlights work, but no markers or running circuit working. I have turn signals working.

Replaced the 10A fuse and that didn't help cause it blew it right away again.

The shop broke the head of the bolt in the rear doing the alignment and 'tack welded' it. Well besides being pissed about that, I now have no running lights!!

The weld must have back fed through somewhere and cooked some wiring or melted a power and ground together somewhere in the harness?!?!?!

What you think?? anyone run into this before?? suggestions??? Spots to check???
