just checked voltage on all wire going to dizzy. neither one of the 2 wire clip has any power. I do have about .5 volts coming of 2 wires on the bigger clip. orange wire, orange/blue wire, and blue/green wire all have just a little(.5)volts? heko

the black/yellow is your main ign. wire coming from the key cylinder. check your fuses under the hood and interior and verify that all are good. use your meter, not your eyes.

Im having this same problem too. Any other further checks I can make other than those above?
I have just swapped in a new d15b2 engine and used the core part of the harness that was attached to the new block which had all the same part number (P04). The engine looked pretty new and my old engine is rusted '94 jobby, could it be the wrong OBD dizzy? Im doubting it but maybe. As above im getting no spark but it is cranking and soaking the plugs in petrol. Anyone got any ideas?

Already Ruled Out By it running when Hot wiring the coil and it ran.
ok i have Fixed Alot of Gettoed motor swaps were that Fucked up the wiring and couldn't get spark. i have found that Most Honda's have a relay in the under hood fuse/relay box that gives power to the disty. if it is fried you have to open the box up and fix it inside. this means unbolting the box and taking the botom off to get inside. and remove all the wiring connectors then you have to take all the fuse's out from in side and pry the sides till you get the insert out and can get inside of the box were all the goodies are now each one is different so you have to trace the wire from the disty to the box connector and find out what pin it goes to and it should go to a relay that is Part of the Fuse box then repaire the relay and put the box back together and your done.
But it's alot EZer to just Get an NEW underhood fuse box.
