1992 civic Hatch boosted JDM H22a take a look

Up for sale is my project and pride and joy. It's a 1992 Civic DX hatchback with a JDM H22a engine swap. I bought the engine from Hmotorsonline and have put approximately 5k on it since i bought it and I've changed the oil 3 times with Mobil 1 synthetic only. Recently I boosted it and all it really needs is tuning and some body work.

Modifications include:

Engine:
.Including a chipped P28 ECU for tuning.
.JDM H22a - approx 40-50k miles
.Euro R limited slip
.Drive SHaft Shop axles
.Fidanza Flywheel
.ACT 2100 clutch
.Skunk 2 throttle body
.Euro R intake manifold
.Custom EGR block off
.Turbonetics 57 trim turbo
.Tial 38mm external wastegate (7PSI spring)
.Front Mount Intercooler
.2.5" Intercooler piping .Greddy Type RS blow off valve

.Kteller 2.5" catback exhaust with 2.5" downpipe and no cat
.2.5" magnaflow muffler (looks small)

The good:
Runs great, no smoke, knocks or ticks. VERY fast, with a good tune should make 300WHP easy. FUN to drive and handles unbelievably. Interior is in pretty good condition considering the year. 90% done project car needs body work and tuning and it's DONE.

The Bad:
It has some dings, could use paint and has the typical "honda rot" in the rear quarters BUT I'm including new rear quarter panels that are welded in place and completely eliminate the rust.

I REALLY don't want to sell it but all of my resources have run dry; a place to work on it and money. I'm going to miss this car ALOT and hope it finds a good home.

This is a modified car and will not pass inspection in most states and is sold as-is.
