Default Stealth Alarm Installs? MD/DC/VA

Anyone know of a competent shop to do a stealth install of a 791xv on my 97 civic beater in the MD/DC/VA area?

Perhaps anyone in the area capable of doing this for me as a side job?

I have a car audio, video & security store in pa. I also solder all connections & do lots of custom work.

I don't have pics of alarm work.

You should look up wrx subaru whatever guy's guide and set one up yourself.

The problem with getting someone in "your" area to do your "stealth" alarm is that you're effectively taking away the main point of your "stealth" alarm and that's the secret of where the relay is.

If you think about it, the best haven for thieves will be to be friends with an alarm or car audio shop and get addresses and information about cars from them.

I know because some jerk in my town does it. :thumb down:

It's SuspendedHatch's writeup, and it's in the FAQ sticky at the top of this forum.

Well I dont really have time to do the install myself right now so, thats why Im looking for someone to help me out.

The car is a stock civic that I use as a daily driver/beater so, hopefully its not too much of a target but id like to make it a tad difficult for a would be thief.

But like I said, Im really busy right now and I just dont have the time available but, it looks like im gonna have to do it myself..

Then do you really need a full stealth alarm install?

Why don't you put in a (or more) well-hidden kill switches???

Yes...basic installs are easy to bypass

I already have the alarm..might as well make use of it
