It's certainly doable. if the 92-95 seat pan isn't interchangeable with the s2000 seat pan, just use a 96-00 seat pan and swap the rails like you were doing 96-00 seats into an eg.

To get the S2K seats to mount properly, you'll have to swap seat pans and rails from your stock Civic seats to the S2Ks... do a search, and you'll find some threads on it....
