Hey guys,

I am planning to buy an Audiobahn ABASS12 subwoofer(400W RMS) but i dont much aout he audiobhn brand. my friend told me it is a good brand. did you guys had any exprience with this brand or have heard anythig about it? is it a good brand? i would appreciate yor comments.

 

Toy car audio. Better then stock, but now alot of stock is better then them. If your looking to have fun and can get it at a good price cool. But look for something else if your going to be serious.

Your friend probably doesn't know any better.

 

I'll be probably buying this for 75 canadian dollars. but i want to know how hard does is it hit? it is comparable to what brands? there is anothe one that i am also nterested to buy, it is an infinity 1050 (10 inch, 250 RMS) sub with kicker enclosure for the same price. which one should i go for?

Completely impossible to answer that question without knowing a) source equipment, b) amp make/model c)type of box/internal volume...

 

infinity is better, but there are much better choices out there. I personally think audiobahn is in the bottom rung of car audio.

 

Assuming you have a proper box and an amp that can drive the sub(s) properly, it will "hit".

It will be loud and sound like crap, everything being equal, the Infinity will be just as loud but sound better.

Take our advice and do yourself a favour, find something other then Audiobahn, there are many subs out there at that price point that are way better. 94

 

i used to have 2 audiobahn 10s in my civic witha 1000w sony xplode amp(shitty amp) it sounded really good IMO. u should go with rockford punches thoes are in a whole nother class.
