Thats probably a good place to start with camber

you could also run anywhere from 0 to 1/8 toe out in the front.

For the people that have gone spherical bearings front and rear.. .
Have you guys decreased your camber settings from what they were before your upgrades?

I've heard of guys running all the way up to -5 in the rear just b/c their suspension was loosing so much camber in the turns.

I'm only going -2.5 front and -2 in the rear due mainly b/c I'm spherical all the way around except in my RTA bushing.. . HPDE, AutoX and a lil street use here.. .

so if you had more negative camber would that be to hard on the spherical bearings that replaced the bushings?

No, if I add more camber there shouldn't be anymore stress added to that than there already was. For instance, Orijin FLCA kit, camber should not induce more stress to that area. The bushing kit is made to rotate the A arm around a shaft just like a normal bushing. The motion or deflection not wanted is perpandicular to the chasis which results in camber gain/loss or toe in/out.. .

Same thing goes for spherical rear toe and camber kits, rear LCA and RTA bushings. They all limit motion/deflection in the directions the joint was NOT intended.

Anyone running pos caster? or pos rear toe? How much? I am about to throw every suspension part SPC makes for the EJ8 on my car and I've been thinking out the numbers and I'm thinking about:
0 Front Toe
-1.00 - -1.5 front camber (I Think that might be all I can get out of this control arm)
+2.5 Front caster
-1.00 rear camber
+1.0 - +1.5 rear toe out

Anyone running similar numbers? This is my daily driver not really a track car, but I definitely care a lot about handling!

I have the SPC upper control arms... Haven't put them on yet, so I'm not certain how much you can gain here...
