HypeR_ash/Ashley's DC TOTALLED... =*[
Well, figured I mine as well post it on here... the worst day of my life thus far happened yesterday August 1st while on my way to work at 8:30 am. Here's the story for those who care to read:
2 lane road each way, i was going down a slight hill probably about 55 mph, and this lady turned left to cross my lanes to get to the other side, she JUST barely made it (left turn yield on green). then the guy that was BEHIND her gunned it as well... i saw him coming i tried to break as hard as i could but obviously couldnt stop in time, he hit my driver's front side, spun me around 180 so i was facing the oncoming traffic coming at me. thank god everyone could stop from hitting me again. so i obviously was freaking the expletive out. both my knees are bruised to hell, scratched up really badly, was bleeding, from what i remember the plastic part that goes around the steering wheel column flew off and hit my legs. my lower back is killing me, i have HORRIBLE burns/bruises all along my left side neck down to my right chest (um yeah that one hurt lmao), and my right arm. i even spit my gum out and it landed on my skirt, boooo! lol. i really bit my tongue as well its all bruised on the side... pretty much i think i can say the only thing that DOESN'T hurt right now are my toes.
got taken in an ambulance on a stretcher thing to the hospital, thank god all the x-rays came out ok, but i've pretty much been crying my eyes out for the past day because i know my car is totalled.
people keep saying thank god you're ok, and i love them for it, but im just so upset over my car right now. i know its "just a car" but it really isnt just a car (as im sure you all know). blah. kind of hard to have a positive outlook right now but oh well. im still shaking.. i'll never forget the smell of my passenger side air bag, and yeah i got a ticket cuz i dont have a drivers side air bag... ghey. oh well.

Wow, those pictures look CRAZY!!! I'm sorry all this is happening. It was such a nicely put together car. I'm sure you'll be back up in no time in something again soon

Also I have to say that it's friggen insane that those wheels don't have a scratch on them. Gotta love that tank armor.
Also looks like the motor is still really good despite the impact. Hopefully there are no hidden cracks there but looks good. Wonder how bad frame damage is or if it's just mostly body. But if the sunroof creased it might be.
Either way... time for a teg transplant

unfortunately there are 2 i think small scratches like 1-2 inch long on the very very end lip part of 2 rims. can def be fixed but still...
and there is defintely frame damage, not only to the front but it even bent on the roof by where the sunroof is (i tried to show it in the pic)
