1990 Accord Automatic Seatbelts not working! PLEASE HELP!
Hey guys! I have a 1990 Accord Ex with automatic seatbelts which no longer function. I believe something shorted out. Neither of the belts are responsive AT ALL, and the reminder chime that is supposed to sound when your belt is unhooked no longer chimes when they are unhooked either. There's clearly a problem with the entire belt system/door entry. At the exact same time as everything went wrong, the ignition keyhole light does not light up either! These all must be linked somehow, and I was curious how I could remedy this? Currently my driver's belt is stuck down, useless, and the passenger one is stuck up. =/
Please help! Is there a fuse or something that must be changed to get the belts, belt chime, and ignition light to function again? Thanks!

the seatbelts are under warranty "for the useful life of the car".
if the belts are stuck in the forward position they are non-functional and Honda will repair them free. If the local dealer service dept. gives you any lip or wants to charge you call the american honda customer care hotline
