need opinions. forgive me if it's a stupid question. debating if i should go either with the Phillips or McCulloch kit 6000k h4 single beam or the Pilot HID hi/lo beam (not the bi-xenon). is the high light in the kit even needed other than using it to flash to pass? thanks...
