Default wiring harness questions that couldn't be found through search

I have a 99 integra ls and just bought a 00 jdm b18c type r motor to swap in. The motor came with a jdm engine harness obviously, but my question is: can I use my stock ls engine harness with the type r motor along with using the required wiring harnesses sold by rywire.com to pin the p73 ecu? thanks.

i think you can use the ls harness on the type r motor. lengthen any needed wires and run the vtec wires.

Yea you should use your stock harness all the time in the first place and then you need to run the vtec wires that all that is missing on the ls sense its no vtec
