Due to consistent flaking and non-movement, i decided to pull apart my build. it kills me because it ran PERFECTLY. for years i spent hours and hours to get it to the point where it ran perfectly, and then i pull it apart in that condition. ugh
so here goes- prices are what i really want and do NOT include shipping
ported y8 head SOLD!- includes crower stage 3 cam, crower titanium retainers, crower springs and aem cam sprocket. head has 10 thou off and 3 angle sunnen valve job. stock valves. all labor performed by John Lucas @ Lucas enterprises in Cape May, NJ

skunk2 intake manifold SOLD!

y8 high-compression shortblock SOLD includes clutchmasters 8lb flywheel, clutch masters stage 1 clutch, p29 pistons @ .5 over, balanced and micropolished crank, honda bearings, shotpeened stock rods. no issues, didn't burn a DROP of oil. rings and pistons are 25k old, other stuff is @ 60k

AEM fpr, $90, has offset bolt holes (vs. feed hole) so it works for a few applications, but i know for sure a y8

'98 280cc prelude injectors, $35

sohc vtec valve cover w/ new bolts and newish seals SOLD!!!

z6 transmission, $90, makes a whirring sound with clutch disengaged. has done it for 2 years without getting worse. shifts fine, etc.

NGK wires for d16y7/y8/z6 SOLD!

GSR 60mm TB SOLD!!!

nick, i apologize. for everyone else's curiosity as to why i parted it out relative to your inquiry, here is the email i sent you-
I decided to part the engine out. I apologize but you are the only person out of 40+ in 3 months that after the initial meeting plan failed for some reason or another (not once did i cancel), has come back to me about still seeing the engine.
I simply can’t have it sit any longer so I’ve decided to separate the engine into sections/parts. Here is the thread regarding that- https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2059142
It’s nothing personal, but considering what I’ve been through to try to move this, there is nothing that convinved me that you would not fall in line with the rest of the people that have said they’d like to meet up and never do. Again, it’s NOTHING personal, please understand that. It’s simply a matter of me spending way too much money to figure out my dohc swap and it’s issues, and the sohc sitting here forever collecting dust. I just need to make money from it, that’s all.

Is this Jared? If so, a shame to see one of the banner-bearers of SOHC n/a performance gone. Then again I swapped a while back also. How much power was it making by the time you switched over?

as far as head work, the guy i had do it was john lucas in cape may nj. he's not bad at all and has alot of experience, but he's gotten bit old at this point and he was old to begin with! you can call him if you want...
tell him 'brad with the hondas' recommended him.
