Default New clutch, jolting car at low rpms

I just had a new clutch put in my 97 Accord. At lower RPMs, the engine seems to jolt as if it's losing power for a split second. Is this normal? Any ideas?

thanks

Assuming you have plenty of experience driving a manual vehicle, the engine should not jolt. Take it back to the place where you had it done and tell them.
