98 gsr hub on 89 civic question...
okay i have a 89 civic STD with a b16a, i put on 98 GSR front brakes while doing the swap. the passenger side hub and axle everything goes on good. but the driver side is off a little. the axle goes through the hub and everything but when i try to put the lower ball joint onto the LCA, i have to really force it in and push the hub towards the motor to get it in. i get everything in but when i turn the disc with my hand, at a certain spot it would hop, im thinking it might be the ball joint problem? i dont know what the problem is...is it the GSR hub? need help please
people typically don't put EG/DC brakes on our cars.....
you will likely have trouble finding a solution to your problem on here, not saying it can't be done, but it's unusual

the geomitry on the dc integra / eg civic are different than ef's
i have dc gsr brakes on my ef but i had to use 91 ex hubs and knuckles.
good luck
