Aftermarket in-dash dvd/navigation
Hey guys..a newbie here...plz b patient and give simple advice..thank you..i have a 06 civic si w/o a navi..so i am plannin on getting the (HA1561DGB Gray 2006 06 Honda Civic Complete Dash Kit) 2replace the factory dash, and i want 2buy a aftermarket dvd/navigation unit..can u give any advice on a gud one for under $800 and do i need a single din or double din for this install??..

Yes, like a Garmin Streetpilot. You can mount it on the dash or on suction cups and take it out whenever you want. You can get a decent one for under 400 bucks.
I know that an aftermarket unit installed in the dash is cleaner and more functional, but this is cheaper and you can take it with you, if directions is all you need out of it.
Otherwise, you can check crutchfield.com and get an all in one, navigation, DVD, and mp3 player.

Crutchfield is a great company or these kinds of things. They have a great warranty. I'd personally would probably got with a Pioneer or Eclipse.
