Default Car Battery Died, Alpine 6-CD Changer not working

My car(98 Accord) battery died last night while i arrogantly turned the battery on w/o the engine to listen to music. After a while the cd stopped and on the LCD screen on the radio (Stock Radio) it said EEE. I jumpp started my car and when i pressed the CD button it wouldn't do anything. The radio works and everything but for some reason it doesn't catch the CD players signal. Nayone have n e ideas on what this can be?

Thanks

Does the deck have a reset button? If so, press it.

If not, disconnect power from the radio (yellow wire on the radio harness) and let it sit for a few minutes. Reconnect & see what happens.
