Default daytime running lights no tails?

ok so i'm from canada eh! anyways i have a 1990 crx si and it has daytime running lights. a couple of weeks ago i get pulled over by the cops and he says my tailights arent working. the headlights, brake lights and signals all work. just the tailight running lights and night time lights dont work. i go to check out what is wrong the next day and they are working. couple of days later they stop working again. so i go to check the fuse but the fuse is ok. so i wiggle things around and have someone watch the lights. when i wiggle the fuse the lights come on. when i wiggle the wiring harness on the back of the fuse box they come on. i cant really figure out whats loose. anyone with some insight? oh and the headlights always work(never go off).

You've narrowed it down to the harness or the fuse, guess which is easiest and cheapest to replace and test?

I'll look at my car when I've got some good daylight again, my guess would be the harness is loose at that point. Figuring out how to get it tight again may be a pain, sorry I can't help more :/
