Default No tail lights or dash lights (88 CRX HF)

Well... my little honda has left me scratching my head. I’ve got no tail lights and no lights in the gauge cluster.

Let me start off by saying that the car is gutted and still has all the factory wiring plus whatever it took to get the D15b running with the P28 ecu. Now the car does have approximately 400k miles on the chassis itself and has been through its fair share of crap. I’m not sure if the rest of the interior lighting is working or not as none of it is still there. All fuses are good and grounds have been checked.

Some ideas I’ve had were the switch on the steering column, or the dimmer switch on the dash.

Headlights, break lights and front running lights all work.

Anyone seen this happen before?

This has happened before but went away... they always seem to fail together. There has to be a common wire, ground, relay, or switch that just the two of them share.

I could understand if everything crapped out... but it just doesn’t make any sense to me.
