I am goin on a junkyard run today and will be picking up shitloads of parts....just need this one question answered....so noob of me

yes, you can make it work.
I sold my 95 EX stock lip to someone with a 90-93 Accord and they made it work, others have as well. I don't know the specifics though.
I know the search isn't working properly right now but just keep checking back to it, hopefully the problem will be fixed and it'll start working again.

every search ****'s worst nightmare!
and yes the 94-95 lip will fit with a bit of trimming, similar to how the 96-97 accord crowd mounts the lip to their bumper, except if i remmeber correctly u will need to trim off a bit at the ends as well as the lip will extend into the wheel well if not trimmed.
