I grabbed a Neon flange gasket off a junked car..... I let a friend use it on his JDM 4 into 1 header and I did not hear any complaints.

Jamie, I orderd the S2000 one from shockley and Paul has the Legend one. Both are idential parts, we payed $24 for each one and they fit like a glove. By the way, the 4-1 and carsound are
Oh and one other thing. ITR rear strut bar and JDM ITR (yes 23mm) sway bar are on the way. KYB AGX's are on. Calling Ground control for springs...your opinion. 300f/400r? What are the max those struts will handle. I'm assuming up to 500lb?

um , 400 is max on the AGX's
with the 23 rear bar and the car not totally slammed it should be quite nice

I think your stock front spring rates are 200 , maybe a little more
I would see if you can find the rates from GC and go from there
just go 100-150 lbs above the front and that should be a good place to start
