I grabbed a Neon flange gasket off a junked car..... I let a friend use it on his JDM 4 into 1 header and I did not hear any complaints.

not sure about the year of the Neon...

Oh and one other thing. ITR rear strut bar and JDM ITR (yes 23mm) sway bar are on the way. KYB AGX's are on. Calling Ground control for springs...your opinion. 300f/400r? What are the max those struts will handle. I'm assuming up to 500lb?
Thanks.

um , 400 is max on the AGX's

with the 23 rear bar and the car not totally slammed it should be quite nice

I think that sounds like a good combo

Ok. Maybe i'll start out on 200f/300r and see how that goes. I'm sure that will be night and day differences over the stock softies that came with the kit.

Later.

I think your stock front spring rates are 200 , maybe a little more

I would see if you can find the rates from GC and go from there

just go 100-150 lbs above the front and that should be a good place to start
