Fuses

Once again, I'm new to these cars and the car didn't come with the manual. Where are the fuses located in these cars? I have a '89 Civic. Thanks again in advance.

look under the dash were your knees are. there should be a panel that comes down towards you. the other fuse block is near the front passenger side shock tower.
