For some reason or other the Forum will not let me search. But the problem is that When I connect my battery my instrument panel comes on automatically. Then when I turn the headlights on, the instrument panel shuts off. I looked at the fuses briefly. I recently was messing with my battery cables(I was re-running them to the back) ANyone have any ideas?

 

sounds like to me you have the 12volt constant and the 12v remote switched around. if you can find those wires, and some how switch them. try that. using a voltometer will prevail in this situation.
