I just recently bought a 98 Integra Gsr..
The car came with aftermarket header thats not carb legal and a straight pipe.

My question is will my car pass smog if i replace the parts with an LS STOCK HEADER, LS OBD2 CAT, LS STOCK PIPING AND MUFFLER these parts my friend has laying around..or DO I NEED ALL GSR PARTS TO PASS SMOG..

 

LS should be fine.. just put the whole LS exhaust on and it should pass (of course if the LS CAT is in good condition).

I agree with honda1982 on this one. As long as the exhaust is complete, looks stock [it is], and the cat is in good shape, you'll have no issues.

 

the 1994-1999 gsr exhaust is different from all other integras. you might have fitment issues with hanger location, clearance, etc.
