Default Extreme vibrations when idle

When im idle, in drive, or reverse, or sitting at a traffic light, i feel so much vibration in the cabin, i swear something is going to fall off. I have noticed today that the front motor mount is actaully able to move side to side, but not up and down, etc... If it moves side to side, i would think there is too much slack and it should be replaced no? If not, which other mount could it be, (i checked the one under the Air intake box, and it seeems stuff, next to no movement, and the top left side engine mount is also very stiff as well. Please note that its a 1990 with next to no rust anywhere (except the wheel well on the driver side (litterally NO floor boards are rusted at all, and none of the frame has any rust on it (im going to get an undercoat job as well))

Flexplate in all cars is equivelant to a pressureplate for manual cars

Ah cool, learn something new every day, The mount itself is VERY flexable, and its the OEM original one from 1990, (or earlier depending when it was made) So im going to start off with that, it was only 85 CAD my price, and when you work at an auto parts store, it helps alot, nearly 100 bucks off. I just got the gas tank in *WOOT* and it runs too... However im running into an issue now, When it started up, the rpm's started to fluxuate a bit, it would go up to about 2k, then drop to 1500, then under 2k, drop to 1500, and it would do this until its fully warmed up, any idea what sensor might be causing this issue?

EDIT: I should also add, if i immdiatly put it into gear (auto tranny) it stops.
