Default advice on buying a car

i want to get a ef sedan and the other day i was driving by a house and saw one in some house in the drive way am thinking of stopping by the house and offer the owner like 400 bucks 4 the car am thinking it belongs to a old lady or a old man should i offer the guy more money or just show up with 400 cash knock on the door and tell him i want to buy his car

o yea first ask how much they are selling it for cuz they might say something less than 400 ya no gl with the buy

Umm.... if I had someone knock on my door to buy a car I've got and still drive and they only offered a couple hundred bucks I'd be pissed off and creeped out. That's not right...

Don't do it. Find one that's actually for sale, or offer them a fair price.
