Default How does your R behave after a couple of minuetes/hours of thrashing?

Hey after you guys either track your ITR or just take long spirited runs though the mountains in VTEC for over a period of time. How does it react after wards? Does it make any weird noises? Does it shift differently or drive different in any way? Of coarse a lapping day will have its effect on the brakes, fluids, and body of the car but does anything weird happen to anyone cars after a day of having fun (aka: ripping her like she likes)?

Feels just fine. The only thing is that after you track your car (roadcourse), you will almost certainly need to bleed the brakes, and they will never feel quite the same again. They loose that initial early pedal bite, still work great, but never the same. Unless somebody has some secrets?

Feels just the same, except for the brakes.

Usually need to add more oil after running hard for quite some time. VTEC on the R loves to burn up tons of oil.

And gas. I'll go for a spirited 15 minute drive and afterward see my gauge go down 1/4 tank. 8^(

The only thing I can think of is idle sped after spirited street driving. When I stop at a light, she might idle high for a few seconds, then drop.

mine is usually smoking, and smells like stuff is burning(rubber )

no for real though it usually feels about the same, other than the clutch which seems to be going. but no fear, it will be replaced soon
