Default bumper question

will a 98 to 2000 front bumper fit on a 94 to 97 with the 94 to 97 fenders and hood? id really like to know cuz i can get the hole front end right now but if i can get away with just the bumper id rather do that.

i've heard that its not a simple swap of the bumper you have to replace the headlights and corner marker lights also
