I have a 2001 with a B18C swap. i have a obd1 with a jumper. when they plugg the NYS inspection up to the car cuz in nys they have to be all registerd to threw DMV. it will not read. i hear i need a OBD2 and then i need to re progam it because of the immobleizer key. my question is, can i take a ECU outa of a nother 2001 gsr and have it plug right up and work with out having to reprogram it. NEED HELP
