fuel pump help

Default fuel pump help

alrite like the title says i need help with this fuel pump stuff
ok my oringinal fuel pump was bad
so i changed it the place were i got it at gave me a del sol fuel pump...
everybodys telling me itll still fit u just have to connect the positive with the
negative...but what do i need just splice the wires and connect or what...and do i need growned?
i jsut need a full out explaination on howda do it if u guys could help that'll be great thanks alot...

There should be 2 existing screw holes on the thing that holds the pump itself. One is for power and the other for a ground. Also the ground wire should be black, telling you that the other is the power. As far as splicing the wires, you should only have to do so if your current wires dont match(I.E. walbro 255 w/o harness)
