Default Engine bay shaving question

not sure if this is the right topic to put in. I am planning to shave my engine bay and i know it best to weld the holes shut then use filler to smooth it out. BUT, i dont have a welder and i was wondering what are the other ways to shut the holes and shave them ?

Check into renting a welder, I wouldn't fill the holes any other way.

Small holes can be filled with long hair fiberstrand. But I wouldn't recomend it for do the entire bay. Most of the holes are to big to use this stuff. Like stated before look into renting 1. If not I got mine from Harbor Freight for 100 and it works pretty good.
