vitara pistons?

Default vitara pistons?

ive heard a lot about these pistons bing used with b16 rods, i know that it drops my d16y8's compression to 8.7, but what is everyones thought on this setup?

All the pistons do is lower compression.

They're out of a Suzuki Vitara.

It's a common low comp piston for mild turbo builds. I've seen guys push 250whp on their d-series with them.

im thinking about doing this setup, its cheap yet worth every penny from wat i understand.

If you have the money, go forged. If you're on a budget, get the YCP brand not the oem vitaras. I've seen 400+whp with them but most are around 300+whp.
