I know this isn't the right section bu I already posted in wheel and tire and no one seems to know anything and I remembe when I first saw it someone from here knew about them.

Does anyone know the website that sells the hubcap like polished lips for steelies. The ones that clip on like hubcaps but only cover the outside lip?
